Who we are

LinkBoom is operated by Gabriele Tanzi, trading as Tanzi Tech. LinkBoom helps users scan public links and authorized connector data to identify growth leaks, repair priorities, and action plans.

Data we process

LinkBoom may process account information, submitted URLs, scan results, connector authorization status, product events, payment status, and support information. Public scans read public page signals from URLs submitted by the user.

Google user data

LinkBoom uses Google OAuth only after user consent. If a user connects Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or YouTube, LinkBoom requests read-only access to provide user-requested connector intelligence and measurement views.

Search Console data may be used for queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR, position, verified site URLs, and permission level. Google Analytics data currently used by LinkBoom is limited to account and GA4 property metadata returned by the Google Analytics Admin API. YouTube data may be used for authorized channel profile details, public channel identifiers, thumbnails, country, published date, subscriber count, view count, video count, and related playlist identifiers.

Tanzi Tech does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for unrelated advertising. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing LinkBoom features requested by the user.

Google User Data Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure

Tanzi Tech does not sell Google user data, does not transfer Google user data to data brokers or advertising networks, and does not use Google user data for cross-context advertising. Google user data may be disclosed only when needed to operate, deliver, and secure LinkBoom, comply with law, protect security, or provide user-requested support when necessary and with the user’s affirmative consent.

Vercel hosts and executes LinkBoom’s server-side application and API requests and may process Google-derived connector data transiently to deliver the user-requested connector feature. Supabase stores encrypted OAuth tokens, connector authorization state, and non-secret operational events. These infrastructure providers are used solely to operate, deliver, and secure LinkBoom. Google API requests are sent to Google using the user-authorized read-only OAuth token. The current Google connector flows do not send Google-derived connector data or Google OAuth tokens to OpenAI or another AI model provider.

Google User Data Retention and Deletion

Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted only while a connector remains authorized. When a user disconnects Google access in LinkBoom, LinkBoom attempts to revoke provider access with Google, marks the local authorization as revoked, and deletes the local encrypted access and refresh token values. The disconnect action also clears local token type, scope, expiry, encryption key version, and last-refreshed fields.

Google Analytics account/property metadata, Search Console rows, and YouTube channel data are processed live for the requested view and are not written to a dedicated long-term Google data table by the current connector implementation. Non-secret connector status records and OAuth operational events may be retained with the user account for security, audit, and support. These operational events may include connector id, provider, provider status, authorization status, safe error details, scope strings, expiry timing, and whether a refresh token was received, but they do not include access tokens, refresh tokens, authorization codes, or decrypted token values. Tanzi Tech does not apply a fixed retention period to these non-secret operational records unless a specific deletion request, account deletion, or legal obligation applies.

Storage and security

Connector tokens are stored encrypted. Access is limited to the functionality needed to provide the connected feature. Users can disconnect connectors and revoke access through their Google account permissions.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep LinkBoom secure and functional. Optional analytics, personalization, and marketing storage are used only according to the user’s consent choices.
